How do I pay my rent?

Rent is paid digitally through RentRedi app or website. Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 4th


What happens if my rent is late?

Payments received after the 4th of the month will incur a late charge of 10% of your outstanding balance, plus an additional fee of $35 per day until the balance is paid in full.


What am I responsible for maintaining?

Residents are responsible for basic upkeep, including lawn maintenance and snow removal. You are also responsible for pest control after the first 10 days of your lease and for maintaining any appliances provided.


Can I make changes to the home (like painting)?

No alterations, additions, or improvements—including painting, changing locks, or installing fixtures—may be made without prior written consent from management.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes. All residents must maintain a renter’s insurance policy with at least $100,000 in liability coverage, naming the landlord as an 'additional insured'.


What is the pet policy?

Pets are only allowed with prior written permission. If approved, there is a $200 upfront non-refundable pet fee and a $25 monthly pet rent.


Are guests allowed?

Guests may stay for up to 10 days. Any guest staying longer than 10 days is considered an unauthorized occupant and a violation of the lease.


Is smoking or marijuana permitted?

No. Rent Ironclad maintains a strict no-smoking policy inside the premises. The growth, use, or possession of marijuana is also strictly prohibited
